Judy Fredrickson selected to attend Project Kaleidoscope 2013 Summer Leadership Institute
Judy Fredrickson, Co-PI of Destination: Problem-Based Learning project and a member of the computer science faculty at Truckee Meadows Community College, Reno NV, is one of 40 faculty selected nationally by the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) to attend their summer leadership institute: Advancing what Works in STEM Education.
Thanks to Truckee Meadows CC for funding Dr. Fredrickson’s participation in this national program that will build on her work as co-PI of the DPBL project.
The five-day intensive institute at the Baca Campus of Colorado College in Crestone, CO, is designed for both early- and mid-career STEM faculty engaged in leading projects aimed at transforming undergraduate STEM education in their classrooms, departments, and institutions.
